The KIND Affiliate Program gives you the opportunity to join a free, easy-to-use program, help build a more peaceful world, and earn money. For every closed sale, you earn a 10% commission.

After you sign up, you will receive an email containing information on how to log in. After you log in, you can access banners (or write a product review) to put on your website and start earning your commission. Once people go through your link and buy from our site, your account will be credited.

A couple of notes about the sign-up form
- Referrer ID is the ID you will use as an affiliate (for example, KINDisthebest123 or ILoveHealthySnacks333). If you don't choose one, one will be randomly made up for you.
- Address is collected for the purpose of payment.
- Telephone number is collected as an additional form of contact.
- We only currently support US affiliates, so if you are not located in the United States, please do not sign up.
- Tax SSN is for tax purposes, since the commissions you will be earning will be considered as income.
- Personal information such as your address, telephone number, and your Tax SSN are kept confidential and will never be used inappropriately.

terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.kindsnacks.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. By filling out the sign up form, you (hereinafter referred as AFFILIATE) acknowledge that you have read, understand, accept, and agree to the terms and conditions below for the KIND or www.kindsnacks.com (hereinafter referred as The Company) Affiliate Program. 1. Joining the Program By filling out the sign up form, you will have applied to the KIND Affiliate Program. Once you have received approval, you will become an AFFILIATE and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise The Companys website (www.kindsnacks.com) to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals. 2. Payments a. AFFILIATE Tiers (Levels) - This Affiliate Program includes only 2 Tiers (Levels) of affiliates. This means that the AFFILIATE can assign a network of affiliates. When an affiliate makes a sale, commissions are paid to this affiliate and the other on top of them. For example, if an affiliate of Tier (Level) 2 makes a sale, commissions will be paid to him/her and to the affiliate in Tier (Level) 1 on top of him/her that recruited the Tier (Level) 2 affiliate. b. Payment amount (commissions) - Payments to AFFILIATE and his/her affiliates will be done as follows: 1. If only the AFFILIATE in Tier (Level) 1 makes the sale, then the AFFILIATE receives 10% of the sale amount. 2. If an affiliate in Tier (Level) 2 makes the sale, then s/he receives 10% of the sale amount and the AFFILIATE (Tier, Level 1) receives 2% of the sale amount. 3. The information related to the AFFILIATE, the payments, and other relevant information to the AFFILIATE program can be checked with the AFFILIATE UserID and Password assigned by the AFFILIATE program at the end of the Sign Up process. AFFILIATE is responsible to keep this information confidential so only s/he can access this private information. c. AFFILIATE Payments - Payment to the AFFILIATE will not be rendered for amounts less than $100.00 USD; therefore, if you have a total of $95.00 in your affiliate account by the end of the month, this balance will carry over into the next month’s cycle. Payment occurs on the 15th of the month to allow for cancellation of the commssion if the sale does not go through. 3. Revocation of AFFILIATE Status Your AFFILIATE application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: • Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities 4. AFFILIATE Links The AFFILIATE may use graphic and text links both on the AFFILIATE’s website and in emails. The AFFILIATE may use the graphics and text provided to him/her by us, or he/she may create his/her own as long as the links are approved by The Company first. 5. AFFILIATE Tracking When a web surfer clicks through the AFFILIATE link, a cookie is set in the surfer’s browser that contains the AFFILIATE’s username. Also, the surfer’s IP address is tracked in the database along with the AFFILIATE’s name. When the web surfer decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the AFFILIATE who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through the AFFILIATE’s link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. Cookies are active for 15 days. 6. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon The Company’s approval of the AFFILIATE’s registration and will end when the AFFILIATE’s account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by The Company at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to the AFFILIATE, the only choice is for the AFFILIATE to terminate his/her AFFILIATE account. The AFFILIATE’s continuing participation in the Affilate Program will constitute the AFFILIATE’s acceptance of any change to these terms and conditions. The Company holds the right to terminate an affiliate account if an affiliate violates the terms of agreement or if the account is idle for 30 days. 7. Liability The Company will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to AFFILIATE tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of intents of harm to the program or The Company’s website. The Company does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or products sold at this site. The Company makes no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and The Company’s website will be error-free and The Company will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. The AFFILIATE further agrees and warrants that it will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the CAN-SPAM Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails. The AFFILIATE shall indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any and all legal actions, damages, or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of the AFFILIATE. Under no circumstances will the company be liable whether in tort, contract, or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the program. Without limiting the foregoing, the company aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to the AFFILIATE under this agreement. The Company will own all right, title, and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of The Companys website and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the AFFILIATE. The laws of the State of New York, USA, shall govern this Agreement. Should there be any legal dispute between the parties or should the company request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process, then both parties agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in New York, NY, USA.
